Uniform Rule 23 be waived for a Resources Committee meeting on                                                                  
April 5 to consider Governor's appointments to the Board of Fisheries                                                           
and the Board of Game; and CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 268(FIN)                                                                       
"An Act relating to big bull moose derbies and the Snow Town Ice                                                                
Classic; and relating to permits for games of chance and contests of                                                            
skill." Without objection, it was so ordered.
